But it is important to understand that compared to other expenses such as shipping, customs clearance, certificate of conformity, ecotaxa, broker services, our commission is a small part of the total amount.

We select only those options that will not require investments after purchase. In each case, we explain exactly what you will get for your money and help you find the best option.

The whole process usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. It depends on the speed of delivery, the workload of customs and the time of delivery of documents. We provide guidance at the beginning of the transaction and keep you informed at every stage.

We exclude such situations: we only work with auctions where there is an independent technical expertise. You can see photos, videos, and reports in advance. All cars are checked at the service before departure. There are no surprises after purchase — everything is transparent.

You can pick up the car at our site or we will deliver it to a place convenient for you. Before that, you will receive photos and videos confirming its readiness. The car will be fully decorated and ready for operation.

We usually respond within 1 hour during business hours. If the request was received in the evening or at night, you will receive a response in the morning. We appreciate your time and try to accompany the client as quickly as possible at every stage.

Also, most of the cars are leased. This means that they were serviced by authorized dealers according to the regulations. If there were malfunctions, they were fixed in a timely manner.

We deliver the car to Serbia and are fully engaged in customs clearance and preparation of a complete package of documents for registration.

In the cities of Belgrade, Novi Sad and Subotica, we can also help with car registration. However, this service is NOT included in the price of the contract and is paid separately. In other regions, the registration process is carried out by the client independently.

Yes, of course. We provide reports on each vehicle: visual inspection, independent expert opinion, photos, and service information. If something is unclear, we will help you translate and comment. You only make a decision after you see everything with your own eyes.

We work officially, under a contract. The entire amount is fixed and paid in stages. You receive documents, receipts and confirmations at each stage. In case of cancellation of the transaction within the terms of the agreement, the funds will be refunded. We work openly and honestly.

You have a personal manager working with you, whom we assign immediately after the request. He will handle the entire transaction, from the selection to the registration. Communication is conducted via Telegram, WhatsApp or by phone, whichever is more convenient for you.
