I recently became the owner of an excellent used car from Germany and I want to recommend @AntonRudinski as the person to contact in Novi Sad if you need a car from Europe. All the processes are fine-tuned for 5+, I got the car cleared, the license plates were checked. They immediately signed me up for a small service. The problems with VAT refunds didn't affect me either.
Never in my life have I purchased a used car so effortlessly on my part.
